offers advisory services in the make up, negotiation and implementation
of operations having to do with real estate, as well as with the juridical
aspects of the acquisition, financing, development and construction
of said real estate. Real estate matters generally have a certain direct
or indirect influence on the life of society and the people, because
their main activity has to do with properties, or because a physical
place is needed for offices, or else, because sporadically they need
to carry out a legal business of which they are the object. In this
sense, the firm offers consultation services in the construction, negotiation
and implementation of operations which involve real estate as well as
their acquisition, financing, development and construction, including
condominium regimes.
