From the beginnings of our country as a nation, agrarian matters always played an important role in its social and economic sphere.

This is why our firm gives consultation to ejidos (common land given by the government to a group of persons), ejidatarios (communal lands holders), settlers, rural associations and other persons, either real or juridical, linked in some way with these institutions, in relation to each one’s rights and obligations conferred to them by the applicable standards.

• Advise in matters of agricultural development and promotion, as well as of ejido land and waters.

• The establishment, operation, regularization, organization and operation of ejidos. Consultation on the acquisition, accreditation and loss of the personality of ejidatarios and settlers.

• The establishment and review of the internal regulations of the ejidos.
  Advise to title holders on the rights of ejidos and settlers and to those real or juridical persons who have a relation with them.

• Counsel for the integration, holding and processing of ejido meetings, and, when applicable, of ejido commissaries and surveillance boards.

• Opening, control, regularization and maintenance of the book that should be kept by each ejido commissary.

• Expropriation in agrarian matters.

• The establishment, operation, restructuring, regularization, acquisition, organization, functioning, dissolution, liquidation and extinction of rural associations.

• Jurisdictional negotiations and procedures, in accordance with the case, before RAN, the Agrarian Executive Agency and the Agrarian Courts.
