Lourdes García Pérez
Lourdes is a graduate of the Universidad del
Valle de México and she specializes her practice in international
business, as well as the litigation involved with these matters.
Her practice includes the search for the benefits companies
can obtain trough the Encouragement Programs (INMEX, PROSEC,
ALTEX, MAQUILA) supported by the Ministry of Economy.
She has worked with the City of Querétaro, as head of
the department of promotion of investment projects, counseling
these companies in all of the governmental procedures necessary
to start their operation, such as:
• SATI Sistema de Agilización de Tramites para
la Industria (this is a program designed to fast-track the permits,
once all the legal requirements have been properly fulfilled.
• BOLSA DE EMPLEO (this is an updated database of skilled
personnel seeking for a new employment opportunity, allowing
the company to hire people with previous experience.)
• VINCULACIÓN EMPRESARIAL (updated database of
service providers, machinery, equipment and raw materials).
