Associated researcher in economic development matters at UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles). Assistant Director of legal and managerial provisions for the National Banking and Securities Commission. Acting Legal Director for Queretaro City Hall. Secretary of Queretaro City Hall. Local representative before the State Congress from 2003 to 2006. Member of the Board of Directors of the National Fiscal Convention. Economy Law head teacher in the Law School of the Autonomous University of Queretaro, where he has also taught State Theory, Modern Techniques for Public Administration and Municipal Law for M.D. students. He is currently studying a PhD in Political Sciences at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
